Job summary

J-K NETWORK RECRUITMENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY, INC. is recruiting for a Japanese-speaking Helpdesk Support (HR Helpdesk) to assist payroll-related inquiries and benefits explanations for Japanese employees. The role is onsite in Quezon City with a dayshift schedule from 9am to 6pm.

The ideal candidate can communicate in Japanese and English, with JLPT N1 preferred, and open to graduates or undergraduates. Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the offer stage.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write Japanese and English.
• JLPT N1 passer or equivalent preferred.
• Open to graduates or undergraduates.
• Willing to work in Quezon City.
• Experience in payroll/compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer payroll-related employee questions.
• Respond to chats and emails about salary concerns.
• Manage the payroll service mailbox.
• Coordinate with HR and cross-functional teams on payroll processes.
• Explain insurance and deductions to Japanese employees.
• Guide employees on payslip breakdowns.
• Handle additional tasks as needed.
