Job summary

You will process transactions with minimal direction, enter data, and retrieve information; you will audit your own work for accuracy and respond to information requests.

Candidates must have Nihongo reading/writing/speaking skills, JLPT N3–N2 or JNAT certification, proficiency with MS Outlook and Teams, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain systems/tools per standard process documentation.
• Enter data and retrieve information from group systems.
• Audit own data entry for accuracy and corrections.
• Respond to information requests and escalate as needed.
• File, archive and retrieve documents using filing standards.
• Produce standard correspondence using templates and ensure quality standards.
• May coordinate work of a small team in high-volume processing.
• Follow policies, procedures, and methods.
• Document changes and learning in standard format for approvals.
