Job summary

Qualifications

• Nihongo reading/writing/speaking skills are required.
• MS Windows PC skills are a must.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu site.
• Minimum 3 to 6 months training.
• N3 to Native JLPT/JNAT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation.
• Enter data and retrieve information from group specific system.
• Audit own data entry for accuracy and make corrections.
• Respond to information requests; escalate to supervisor as appropriate.
• File, archive and retrieve documents using filing standards.
• Produce standard correspondence by following templates; proof and edit for grammar.
• Coordinate the work of a small team in high-volume transaction processing and training juniors.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and methods.
• May serve as technical and functional resource to other team members.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects.
• Meet established goals and objectives.
• Become a subject matter expert for complex processes.
• Document new learnings or changes in processes with approvals.
• Trainable and high learnability.
