Shift flexibility, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education (Diploma or higher).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and social media.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate product and platform information to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
• Handle technical, troubleshooting, and trading-related concerns (e.g., MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5).
• Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
• Be flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
