Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Janitor or in a similar cleaning role in hospitality or food service.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitisation and safe use of cleaning chemicals/equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability for lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with hours.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in cleaning and food prep areas.
• Willingness to follow instructions from management.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled deep cleaning tasks including floor stripping/waxing.

About the role
Villbrosis Realty Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in North Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Janitor, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and overall appearance of our hospitality and dining facilities. Your work will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment for our guests and staff, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

What you'll be doing

• Sweep, mop and vacuum all designated areas including dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, corridors and common spaces

• Empty and dispose of rubbish and waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations

• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, work surfaces and food preparation areas to maintain strict hygiene standards

• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries and paper products throughout the facility

• Clean windows, mirrors, doors and other fixtures to ensure a polished and professional appearance

• Perform deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis, including floor stripping and waxing where required

• Report any maintenance issues or damage to management promptly

• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations whilst performing cleaning duties

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent standards across all areas

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Janitor or in a similar cleaning role, preferably within a hospitality or food service environment

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitisation procedures and the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods

• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexible hours when required

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
