Job summary

Villbrosis Realty Inc. is seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team on a full-time basis in North Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene across dining and hospitality spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can work flexible hours, follow safety rules, and collaborate with the team to uphold high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Janitor or in a similar cleaning role in hospitality or food service.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitisation and safe use of cleaning chemicals/equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability for lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with hours.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in cleaning and food prep areas.
• Willingness to follow instructions from management.
• Maintains a positive attitude contributing to a clean and welcoming facility.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, corridors and common spaces.
• Empty and dispose of rubbish and waste per health and safety regs.
• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, surfaces and food prep areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries and paper products.
• Clean windows, mirrors, doors and fixtures for a polished look.
• Perform scheduled deep cleaning tasks including floor stripping/waxing.
• Report maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations while cleaning.
• Collaborate with team to maintain consistent standards.
