• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Perform basic repairs (e.g., fixing minor leaks, replacing light bulbs, patching walls).
• Conduct routine inspections of building equipment.
• Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, or HVAC troubleshooting (within skill level).
• Report major repair needs to supervisors or management.
• Assist with facility setup, furniture movement, and minor installations.

Key Responsibilities

Janitorial Duties

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces

• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies

• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
