Job summary

P S T P EMS inc. in General Trias City, Cavite, is seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, maintain restrooms, and ensure clean, safe common areas across our facilities while following health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have proven janitorial experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with reliable time management.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.

• Physically able to lift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting of all designated areas
• Emptying and replacing waste bins and rubbish in designated disposal areas
• Cleaning and sanitising restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, break rooms and corridors
• Cleaning windows, glass doors and other transparent surfaces to ensure a professional appearance
• Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Following health and safety procedures and adhering to company cleaning standards and protocols
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or hazards to management promptly
• Restocking cleaning supplies and notifying supervisors when supplies are running low
• Performing specialised cleaning tasks as assigned, such as carpet cleaning or floor stripping and waxing

About the role

P S T P EMS inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team in General Trias City, Cavite. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment across our facilities. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of our premises are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing directly to the health, safety and satisfaction of our employees, clients and visitors.

• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment and machinery, with knowledge of proper and safe usage
• Understanding of health, safety and sanitation standards relevant to cleaning services
• Reliability and punctuality, with a professional and courteous approach to all interactions
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and additional tasks as needed
• Valid identification and clearance to work in the Philippines
