Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. is seeking an IVALUA Consultant for Makati (2x RTO) to lead end-to-end Ivalua implementations from requirements through go-live.

You will work with Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Accounts Payable teams to design future-state S2P solutions. The role requires hands-on configuration of Ivalua modules (SIM, Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, Invoicing) and collaboration on ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics).

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in procurement technology, S2P, P2P, or Ivalua implementations.
• Hands-on experience configuring one or more Ivalua modules: SIM, Sourcing, Contract Management, eProcurement, Invoice Management, Spend Management.
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct business process workshops with Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Accounts Payable teams.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state S2P solutions within the Ivalua or Coupa platform.
• Configure Ivalua modules including SIM, Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, and Invoicing.
• Build and maintain workflows, approval matrices, forms, business rules, notifications, and security roles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements.
• Support integration design and testing with ERP systems.
