Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. is seeking an experienced professional to support end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects in Manila. You will lead requirements gathering, workshops with procurement teams, and design Source-to-Pay solutions using Ivalua.

The role involves configuring Ivalua modules (SIM, Sourcing, Contract Mgmt, P2P, Invoicing, Spend Mgmt), workflows, and approvals, plus ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics. UAT and post-go-live support are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Ivalua, S2P, P2P, or Procurement Technology.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Ivalua modules.
• Knowledge of procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct workshops with Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable teams.
• Analyze business processes and design Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions using Ivalua.
• Configure Ivalua modules such as SIM, Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, Invoicing, and Spend Management.
• Configure workflows, approval rules, forms, notifications, and user roles.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Support ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Assist with testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
