KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. is seeking an Ivalua implementation professional in Metro Manila to collaborate with clients, gather requirements, and configure the Ivalua platform to meet needs.

You will design specifications, support testing, and contribute to deployment of procurement modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Spend Analysis.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2–3+ years in Ivalua implementation, with strong procurement knowledge and SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Ivalua implementation.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of SaaS solutions.
• Ivalua certification or hands-on experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Ivalua configurations.
• Design and document functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
• Configure Ivalua platform to meet client needs and support testing and validation phases.
• Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead functional implementation of Ivalua procurement modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Spend Analysis).
