Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. seeks an experienced Procurement Consultant with strong hands-on Ivalua experience to support procurement transformations and end-to-end implementations.

You will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment. Responsibilities include leading Ivalua deployments, documenting requirements, and supporting testing, training, and post-go-live activities to optimize sourcing, buying,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ivalua across end-to-end procurement implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
• Experience documenting business requirements and analyzing processes.
• Experience configuring or customizing procurement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support end-to-end Ivalua implementations from requirements through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Document and analyze procurement requirements with stakeholders to translate into system solutions.
• Configure Ivalua modules to meet business requirements.
• Support procurement processes across Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, and Contracts.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful design and delivery.
• Participate in testing, test planning, and defect resolution.
• Assist with user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot procurement-system issues.
