Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking an Ivalua Functional Consultant at Associate to Manager level to drive Source-to-Pay implementations and procurement transformations. You will lead or support engagements across diverse sectors and geographies, building strong external networks.

You will also lead design workshops, testing phases, and potential ERP integrations while mentoring teammates and contributing to ongoing capability-building within the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing S2P in the Ivalua platform.
• Understanding procurement processes and spend management principles.
• Hands-on experience leading functional design workshops (requirement gathering, fit-gap).
• Leading testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression).
• ERP integrations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementation projects with Ivalua.
• Drive procurement transformation and digitalization initiatives across sectors.
• Identify and advance opportunities through external networks and relationships.
• Independently manage projects, taking roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, Change Management Support.
• Oversee recruitment and mentor team members to foster growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Contribute to internal capability-building with knowledge-sharing and training.
