Avensys Consulting Inc. is seeking an ITSM ServiceNow Developer to implement and enhance ITSM modules, services, and integrations. You will work with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub to deliver scalable solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic IT services environment.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow ITSM expertise, ITIL best practices understanding, and CSA/CAD certifications, with a focus on Service Portal development and CMDB governance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, configuration, and development.
• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices (v3/v4).
• Deep knowledge of CSDM and CMDB data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal development.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support ITSM core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment.
• Manage CSDM, CMDB governance, workflow automation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop Service Portal solutions using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Work with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub to implement integrations.
• Design scalable solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
