3M Global Business Services in Manila is seeking a Customer Issue Resolution Analyst (Italian) to support global B2B customers across international markets. You will investigate customer issues, connect the dots with cross-functional teams, and drive resolution beyond simple answers, applying analytical approaches to complex problems.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations, using Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled tools to improve the Order-to-Cash journey.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
• ERP experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and resolve customer issues across the Order-to-Cash journey.
• Investigate concerns, identify root causes, and drive the right next steps.
• Communicate with customers in Italian and English.
• Work with global teams to solve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to work smarter and more effective.
