Job summary

3M Global Service Center in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Issue Resolution Analyst. You will manage end-to-end CIR activities, including credit and collections and complaints handling, while coordinating with quality, operations and customer service teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in CIR or related roles, strong English skills, and proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree required.
• At least 2 years in a Customer Issue Resolution, Billing, Credit and Collections role.
• Proficiency in English and Thai language.
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end CIR activities including Credit and Collections and Complaints Management.
• Receive and log customer complaints and analyze details to determine root cause and actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Communicate resolutions and status updates to customers professionally.
• Prepare aging reports and support month-end Accounts Receivable processes.
