Job summary

Deutsche Post's DHL Supply Chain unit seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safe, efficient warehouse operations at the Pasig site. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager on Pick and Pack, Expedite, and Shipping, ensuring KPI targets are met and customer expectations are aligned with DSC standards.

You will maintain strong client relationships, understand team roles, and address issues promptly, contributing to operational excellence and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial) or related field.
• Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 4+ years of working experience in logistics/supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations to ensure safe, efficient warehousing performance.
• Oversee Pick and Pack, Expediting, and Shipping in coordination with the Operations Manager.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure DSC is the preferred logistics partner.
• Understand roles and responsibilities of the team and align with SOPs.
