HRTX is seeking an experienced QA/Test Manager to lead testing activities for system implementations and releases in a full-onsite setting with potential for hybrid work in Makati. The role focuses on defining test strategies, planning, and coordinating across IT and business teams to ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in software testing or QA management, strong knowledge of testing methodologies, and familiarity with test automation as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• At least 3 years of software testing/QA experience; leadership roles may be considered for higher levels.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, planning, defect management, and QA best practices; test automation is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise applications or business-critical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities for system implementations and releases.
• Develop and oversee test strategies, plans, test cases, and schedules to ensure coverage.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business users, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve defects and support delivery.
• Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, and defect trends; provide status updates.
• Promote QA best practices, improve testing processes, and mentor team members.
