Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant software testing or QA experience; higher levels for more experience.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, documentation, defect management, and testing tools.
Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, and business systems; experience with accounting, audit, or professional services applications preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and application updates.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards.
Identify, document, track, and validate software defects while coordinating with developers, vendors, and stakeholders for timely resolution.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements, assess testing needs, and ensure adequate test coverage for system changes.
Maintain testing documentation, prepare test reports, monitor quality metrics, and recommend improvements to testing processes and practices.
