Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• 1+ year of QA/testing experience; senior level possible for strong candidates.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for system enhancements and new applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to meet requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects with developers and stakeholders until resolution.
• Collaborate with IT and business users to ensure adequate test coverage and clear requirements.
• Prepare testing docs, reports, and quality metrics; support QA process improvements.
