Responsibilities
- Lead L2 service delivery for Network, Security, VOICE, Server, and Systems teams.
- Drive incident resolution and preventive actions.
- Ensure IT service availability via backup validation and capacity monitoring.
Skills

Hands-on networking experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP)
