Job summary

A leading construction and development firm in Pasig seeks an IT Technical Support professional to ensure uptime of all company devices, troubleshoot issues, and install necessary software. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in IT support, knowledge of hardware and network devices, and is a graduate of an IT-related course. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT Technical Support experience.
• Certificate in PC assembly and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Check and troubleshoot all company devices daily.
• Ensure anti-virus and software updates are completed.
• Assist in repairing workstations and office equipment.
• Install and configure software and devices as required.
• Back up database and system images regularly.

Skills

Knowledge of basic computer hardware

Knowledge in network devices installation and configuration

Knowledge in CCTV installation and configuration

Knowledge in Windows and Mac OS installation/configuration

Ability to conduct research into computing issues

Education

Graduate of any IT-related course
