Job summary

8990 Housing Development Corporation seeks an MIS/IT Staff to provide technical assistance, support IT systems, and ensure smooth operation of all IT resources across the organization.

This role covers software, hardware, networking, and reporting needs while maintaining security and reliability. The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues, configure equipment, and maintain accurate asset documentation. Willingness to work Saturdays in Nueva Ecija is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of IT support, helpdesk, or system administration experience.
• Experience handling hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Willing to start ASAP and work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for MS Office, Operating Systems, SAP, and Employee Attendance System.
• Respond to and resolve IT-related issues raised by users in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance for IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
• Ensure stable and secure network performance.
• Monitor all IT-related materials and equipment.
• Maintain MIS equipment inventory (quarterly or as needed).
• Track hardware and software assets and ensure accurate documentation.
