Job summary

OEP Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Professional in Makati to maintain hardware, software, and network systems. The role includes daily tech support, data processing for OEPP and KHI, and SAP-related tasks.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in IT, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with ASP.Net C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and MS SQL. Will contribute to EZSMS/CRM updates and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• BS in IT/CS or related field with 1-2 years of work experience.
• Strong hardware, software and network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ASP.Net C#, JavaScript and jQuery; SAP knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software and networks.
• Maintain IT devices, software and network infrastructure across the company.
• Develop, test and deploy system updates (EZSMS, CRM).
• Handle SAP data, vendor master and material master records with accuracy.
• Support sales data uploads for OEPP and KHI; ensure data accuracy.
• Enhance EZSMS and CRM using ASP.Net and MS SQL; deliver modules on time.
