NEW ASIA OIL INCORPORATED is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our Davao City team. This full-time role provides frontline technical assistance to ensure systems and infrastructure run smoothly for staff and business operations.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage ERP-related tasks, and support network and device administration. This position emphasizes reliable service, proactive monitoring, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven help desk or IT support experience.
• High school diploma; IT certification or IT degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, networks, and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and upgrade LAN/WAN connections and equipment.
• Provide desktop support for PCs, printers, email, and software.
• Monitor systems, software, and hardware performance.
• Administer Sage/SAP/ERP accounting systems.
• Manage biometric system maintenance and payroll extraction reports.
• Install and manage network equipment and IT assets.
