Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in IT/CS or related field with 1-2 years of work experience.

• Proficient in MS Office; ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software and networks.
• Maintain IT devices, software and network infrastructure across the company.
• Develop, test and deploy system updates (EZSMS, CRM).
• Handle SAP data, vendor master and material master records with accuracy.
• Support sales data uploads for OEPP and KHI; ensure data accuracy.
• Enhance EZSMS and CRM using ASP.Net and MS SQL; deliver modules on time.

Job description

(Background)

• Performs day-to-day maintenance and repairs, including software and computer installations and upgrades, automation, security maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for all users and projects of the company.

(Accountability)

• Technical Support on Hardware, Software and Network issues.
• Expand and enhance technology support tools to meet company’s current needs and expectations.
• Maintain current technology hardware, software and network infrastructure
• Develop, Maintain, Test and Deploy system updates (EZSMS, CRM).
• Uploading and processing of Sales data transactions for OEPP and KHI.

(Scope)

Technical Support - OEPP/KHI

• Technical support and maintain IT devices and network.
• Daily support to all departments on their IT related issues
• Ensure security through backups and firewalls

Documentation and Data Backup

• Daily monitoring of data backups and IT assets
• Perform daily inspection on data backups and devices

Sales Support

• Uploading and processing of daily sales for OEPP and KHI
• Provide timely and accurate sales data

SAP Support

• Encoding of new vendors, business partners and materials
• Process Sales Transaction from 3PL Transmitted Data
• Ensure all data are correct and no duplicate records from vendor master to material master
• Ensure that 3PL sales data are process and validated with the EZSMS sales data

EZSMS and CRM Enhancement

• Develop and maintain EZSMS and CRM System using ASP.Net and MS SQL
• Timely deliver the projects based on the agreed timeline
• Provide accurate data and information
• Design and develop new system module

SFE Support

• Uploading ATP / Detailing Materials and Products
• Extract ATP from Sales Force and upload to local system (EZSMS)
• Extract Call reports and Call performance
• Ensure all Territory MDs are updated
• Ensure that all OCE ATP are the same with EZSMS MD list per territory

(Must-have Qualification)

• Must be a graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses, Computer technician and vocational IT courses
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in Network configuration and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledgeable in ASP.Net C# / JavaScript / jQuery
• Knowledgeable in MS-SQL / MySQL Database
• Knowledgeable in SAP

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• IT Certification – Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
