Job summary
KadaKareer is seeking an IT Specialist to oversee and maintain client technology systems, ensuring smooth operations and tech success. The role covers IOS configuration, networking maintenance with Cisco/Meraki, and both onsite and remote support to secure data privacy.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant BS degree, 1 year of IT experience or fresh graduates, strong English communication, and familiarity with Microsoft tech stacks while valuing certifications and virtualization know-how.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BS IT, BS Comp Sci, BS Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 1 year of IT work experience in a business environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be based in Pampanga
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience with LAN/WAN set-up and troubleshooting
- IOS/Windows configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies: MS Office 365, Windows Server 2012 or later
- Experience in remote access and support via AnyDesk
- Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws as they relate to technology issues
- Valid driver's license and own motorcycle for field support if needed
- Nice-to-have: Cisco certification, Cisco/Meraki familiarity
- Knowledge of Zoom and HubSpot configuration and administration
- Experience in virtualization technologies
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the client's technology systems
- IOS configuration and troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance of networking equipment (Cisco/Meraki)
- Provide onsite and remote support
- Ensure data security and privacy
- Develop efficient helpdesk processes
- Serve as escalation point for complex issues
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Monitor and analyze helpdesk metrics and generate reports
- Documentation and implementation of technology projects
