Job summary
Kwanii Philippines is seeking an IT Specialist to oversee and maintain client technology systems, ensuring smooth operations and technology success.
The role covers IOS configuration, preventive maintenance of networking gear (Cisco/Meraki), onsite and remote support, data privacy, and continuous improvement of helpdesk processes. Fresh graduates are welcome; based in Pampanga with English proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE (preferred).
- 1 year IT work experience in a business environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be based in Pampanga.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience with IOS and Windows configuration.
- MS Office 365, Windows Server 2012+ familiarity.
- AnyDesk for remote access.
- Data privacy knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle for field support.
- Familiarity with Cisco/Meraki; Cisco certs are a plus.
- Zoom and HubSpot configuration knowledge.
- Virtualization experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the client’s technology systems.
- IOS configuration and troubleshooting.
- Preventive maintenance of networking equipment (Cisco/Meraki).
- Provide support for onsite and remote operations.
- Ensure data security and privacy.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize tech solutions.
- Develop efficient helpdesk processes.
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Maintain understanding of clients’ IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze helpdesk metrics and generate reports.
- Preventive maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Documentation and implementation of technology projects.
