Job summary

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation is looking for an IT professional who will manage, maintain, and secure the company’s computer systems, hardware, software, and networks to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key duties include installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software, monitoring LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, troubleshooting end-user issues, implementing firewalls, backups, and maintaining thorough logs of configurations and licenses to protect company information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Proficiency with Windows/macOS/Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving, clear communication to non-technical staff, and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Monitor LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi connections to maintain optimal performance and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users via helpdesk tickets, phone, or in-person visits.
• Implement firewalls, manage user access permissions, and perform routine data backups to protect sensitive company information
• Keep clear logs of system configurations, network inventories, software licenses, and maintenance repairs
