Job summary

Davis Technology Management is seeking a Tech Systems Specialist to handle complex IT issues across corporate offices and plant locations. You will own escalated desktop problems, manage endpoints from setup to retirement, and support M365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, VPN, and core business apps.

You will work independently, partner with security and infrastructure teams, review partner work for SLA compliance, and help document IT procedures. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in desktop support, IT operations or endpoint administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 devices via Intune.
• Understanding of Active Directory, permissions, authentication, and access management.
• Familiarity with device provisioning, imaging, deployment, inventory, and hardware replacement.
• Experience with IT ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice or similar).
• Ability to travel and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated desktop, system, app, identity, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, VPN and business apps.
• Investigate recurring problems, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes.
• Manage laptops and endpoint devices from setup to retirement.
• Configure, enroll, ship, track, and decommission equipment across locations.
• Review partner tickets for accuracy, documentation, and SLAs.
• Develop and update internal IT procedures and guides.
• Collaborate with Security on endpoint vulnerabilities and patches.
• Provide professional support to executives and high-priority users.
• Participate in after-hours support rotation and periodic site visits.
