Qualifications

• Willing to be assigned and work in MANILA.
• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
• With experience in IT support, troubleshooting, or related work is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, networking, and basic troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and work with different IT systems and equipment.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot IT-related concerns.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in maintaining company networks, internet, and communication systems.
• Monitor and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Perform basic system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in maintaining IT security and data protection.
• Maintain records of IT equipment and technical concerns.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when needed.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
