Alfamart Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Supervisor to deliver 24x7 remote and on-site IT support for stores, branches, and warehouses, ensuring timely equipment delivery and setup for openings.

The role covers 24x7 monitoring, night shifts, and producing daily reports while coordinating with vendors and maintaining IT hardware inventories. A candidate with 6 months to 1 year in IT support is preferred.

Qualifications

6 months–1 year of working experience in IT support or related field.
Proficient in MS Office applications and basic SQL/database concepts.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, and POS systems.
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

Provide 24x7 remote and on-site IT support for stores, branches, and warehouses.
Ensure on-time IT equipment delivery and setup for store openings.
Perform pre- and final store opening procedures and grand opening support.
Handle first-level support via remote or on-site helpdesk tickets.
Prioritize and resolve daily IT issues and service requests following standard processes.
Maintain IT hardware inventory and generate daily reports.
