Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year in logistics, distribution, or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of picking, warehousing, and inventory processes.
• Sufficient computer skills to generate inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient, safe operations.
• Coordinate daily work plans and monitor targets.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Manage shrinkage, damaged items, returns, and stock movements.
• Ensure staff adherence to standard processes and training.
• Communicate with stores, merchandising, and other departments.
