Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Assistant to provide 24/7 remote and on-site support for stores, branches, and warehouse facilities. The role ensures on-time opening of locations and continuous operation of IT systems and equipment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/SE, at least 6 months IT support experience, and is proficient in Windows, MAC, Linux, MS Office, and basic network troubleshooting. Motorcycle is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
At least 6 months of working experience in IT Support Systems or related field.
Proficient in Windows, MAC & Linux and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Ensure on-time IT equipment delivery and setup for new store openings.
Perform pre and final store opening procedures.
Perform store grand opening support.
Provides first level support in Stores, Branch Back Offices and Warehouses via remote or on-site.
Prioritize and resolve day-to-day system issues and client requests.
Ensure quality service support for internal clients.
Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and contractors.
Monitor and maintain IT equipment across locations.
Coordinate with vendors on warranty/contract IT support.
