Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. seeks an IT Assistant to deliver 24/7 remote and on-site technical support to stores, branches, and warehouse facilities, ensuring on-time opening and continuous operation of IT systems.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites, and ensure business continuity. The role requires responding promptly to issues, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining IT equipment, with preference for candidates who have

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• PREFERABLY WITH MOTORCYCLE
• At least 6 months of working experience in IT Support Systems or related field
• Basic Hardware and Software troubleshooting
• Documentations
• Proficient in MS Office Application, SQL and Database Management
• Proficient in Windows, MAC & Linux
• Basic Network troubleshooting and setup
• Knowledgeable in POS Hardware and Software
• Drivers Licenses is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills necessary to communicate changes to policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time IT equipment delivery and setup for new store openings
• Perform pre and final store opening procedures
• Provide store grand opening support
• Provide first-level support in stores, branches, and warehouses via remote or on-site based on helpdesk tickets
• Prioritize and resolve day-to-day system issues and client requests
• Ensure quality service support for internal clients in stores, branches, and warehouses
• Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and contractors
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment in stores, branches, and warehouses
• Coordinate with vendors on IT units under warranty/contract support
