IT Infrastructure Support Specialist (Junior)
We're looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist (Junior) to join our team and provide frontline technical support to end users. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and junior IT professionals who are eager to build their careers in IT support, infrastructure, networking, and asset management.
Provide Level 1 desktop and technical support to users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
Install and configure computers, Windows operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and peripherals.
Assist with basic LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, and network security activities.
Set up and deploy workstations and IT equipment.
Maintain and update IT asset inventories, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Support asset tagging, issuance, transfers, returns, and documentation.
Record technical issues, resolutions, and support activities.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams.
Perform other infrastructure support duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 6 months of experience in desktop support, technical support, or IT infrastructure support is preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or hands‑on experience are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications, printers, and peripherals.
Basic understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, antivirus software, and IT security practices.
Familiarity with IT asset inventory management and documentation.
