Manage and maintain workstations, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support Windows/Linux servers and office software. Full-time with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 6 months IT Support experience.
• Willing to work full-time.
• Flexibility to work any shift including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain workstations and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Administer and monitor Windows and Linux Server environments.
• Perform data backup and recovery tasks.
• Install and support office software and local extensions.
• Coordinate with clients on IT support and project setup requirements.
• Provide user desktop support during shifts and monitor LAN/WAN connections.
