Job summary

Select VoiceCom is seeking an IT Support specialist to manage and maintain workstations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with initial installation, roll-out, repairs, and day-to-day user support.

The role requires monitoring Windows/Linux servers, performing backups, and providing hands-on desktop support. Flexible shifts and weekend work are expected to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Information Technology or related course.
• At least 6 months IT support experience.
• Willing to work full-time.
• Flexibility to work any shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Windows and Linux servers.
• Perform data backup and recovery.
• Maintain IT workstations and troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Provide day-to-day user support and on-site assistance.
• Coordinate IT support and project setup requirements.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance (software/hardware).
• Monitor LAN/WAN and assist with network issues.
• Install office software and local extensions.
• Other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and Monitors on both Windows and Linux Server.
• Computer/Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Data Backup and Recovery.
• Office software Installation.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance (Software/Hardware).
• Performs configuration and installation of local extensions.
• Coordinates the clients on IT support and project setup requirements.
• User desktop support during shifts and Monitoring LAN/WAN connections.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelors degree in BS Information Technology or related course
• At least 6 months of IT Support experience
• Willing to work full-time
• Flexibility to work any shift and on weekends
