Supports SVC’s compliance program by maintaining policies and governance documents, coordinating compliance initiatives and training, monitoring employee compliance and access requirements, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with audits, assessments, and administrative activities.
Coordinates with departments to review, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Conducts training on established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Monitors compliance requirements, employee acknowledgments, attestations, and training completion.
Reviews user access and workstation applications to ensure compliance with least privilege and established security requirements.
Manages user accounts, training assignments, attestations, and related records within the Compliance Platforms.
Assists audits, compliance assessments, and monitoring activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Good technical writing and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS office applications or equivalent.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
