Job summary

Select VoiceCom in the Philippines is seeking an IT Support specialist to manage and maintain workstations, troubleshoot hardware and software, and provide day-to-day user support.

You will handle Windows and Linux desktop tasks, backups, software installations, and coordinate IT project setup, with opportunities for career development and a friendly, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 6 months of IT support experience.
• Willing to work full-time and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Windows and Linux servers.
• Perform computer/network maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Handle data backup and recovery processes.
• Install office software and applications.
• Conduct monthly preventive software/hardware maintenance.
• Configure and install local extensions.
• Coordinate with clients on IT support and project setup requirements.
• Provide user desktop support during shifts and monitor LAN/WAN connections.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and Monitors on both Windows and Linux Server.
• Computer/Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Data Backup and Recovery.
• Office software Installation.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance (Software/Hardware).
• Performs configuration and installation of local extensions.
• Coordinates the clients on IT support and project setup requirements.
• User desktop support during shifts and Monitoring LAN/WAN connections.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
  

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelors degree in BS Information Technology or related course
• At least 6 months of IT Support experience
• Willing to work full-time
• Flexibility to work any shift and on weekends
