Qualifications

• IT support certification or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years in helpdesk or IT support.
• Strong Windows/macOS troubleshooting skills.
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support.
• Proficient in Active Directory and user management.
• Clear communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace).
• Awareness of IT security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and maintain computer systems and software.
• Perform regular system maintenance and security updates.
• Manage user accounts and access controls per policy.
• Document issues and solutions in the helpdesk system.
• Provide user training on IT systems and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex problems.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff and vendors when needed.
