MedGrocer in Makati seeks an IT Support Lead to steer daily IT operations, ensure uptime, and guide staff. The role focuses on hardware/software deployment, network stability, and security, enabling our clinicians to serve patients without interruption.

You will manage internal support systems, collaborate with vendors, and drive SOPs for hardware lifecycle while growing your technical leadership in a fast-paced health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of IT supervisory or management experience.
• Strong network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and Google Workspace skills.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team and manage multiple tickets and projects.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT operations including network stability, hardware upkeep, and helpdesk support for all staff.
• Manage deployment and configuration of company hardware and software across departments.
• Ensure system security through backups, updates, and adherence to data privacy policies.
• Lead the implementation of SOPs to improve hardware lifecycle management and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to resolve issues and procure equipment.
