Job summary

TaskUs in Pasig is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Student Trainee for On-the-Job Training. You will work under the guidance of senior IT staff to gain hands-on experience in hardware lifecycle management, asset compliance, and onsite infrastructure support within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in Information Technology or Computer Science and must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.
• A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn professional IT operations and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Lifecycle Support: assist end-to-end hardware refresh, including preparation, imaging, and deployment for team members.
• Asset & Inventory Compliance: conduct physical audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Equipment Logistics: support WFH initiatives with equipment testing, boxing, and distribution for remote staff.
• Onsite Infrastructure Assistance: assist with cable management and safe transport of IT assets across sites.
• Physical Setup & Maintenance: test and maintain executive AV/teleconferencing equipment.
