Job summary

TaskUs seeks an enthusiastic IT Support Student Trainee for On-the-Job Training (OJT) to be onsite in Angeles, Pampanga. Under supervision, you will gain hands‑on experience in hardware lifecycle management, asset compliance, and onsite infrastructure support within a fast‑paced corporate environment.

As a current IT/CS student with an endorsed OJT letter, you will learn IT operations and workplace etiquette while supporting hardware refresh, inventory audits, and audiovisual/teleconferencing

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator is required.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn professional IT operations and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Lifecycle Support: assist in end-to-end hardware refresh, imaging, and deployment for team members.
• Asset & Inventory Compliance: conduct physical audits and maintain inventory records.
• Equipment Logistics: assist with WFH equipment testing and distribution for remote staff.
• Onsite Infrastructure Assistance: collaborate on office projects including cable management and safe transport of IT assets.
• Physical Setup & Maintenance: ensure readiness of AV/teleconferencing equipment through testing and maintenance.
