Job summary

TaskUs seeks an enthusiastic IT Support Student Trainee for their On-the-Job Training (OJT) program in the Philippines. Under the direct supervision of experienced IT staff, you will gain hands-on experience in hardware lifecycle management, asset compliance, and onsite infrastructure support.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.
• A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn professional IT operations and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Lifecycle Support: assist in the end-to-end process of hardware technology refresh, including the physical preparation, imaging, and deployment of machines for team members.
• Asset & Inventory Compliance: support IT Asset Management in physical audits of hardware and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Equipment Logistics: assist with Work-From-Home initiatives, equipment testing, secure boxing, and distribution for remote staff.
• Onsite Infrastructure Assistance: collaborate on office facility projects, including cable management and safe transport of IT assets across sites.
• Physical Setup & Maintenance: ensure functionality of executive AV and teleconferencing equipment through routine testing and maintenance.
