Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.
• A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn professional IT operations and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Lifecycle Support: assist in end-to-end hardware refresh, imaging, and deployment for team members.
• Asset & Inventory Compliance: conduct physical audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Equipment Logistics: support WFH initiatives with testing, secure boxing, and distribution for remote staff.
• Onsite Infrastructure Assistance: assist with cable management and safe transport of IT assets across sites.
• Physical Setup & Maintenance: ensure functioning AV and teleconferencing gear through routine checks.
