Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Support Specialist to help plan, provision, deploy, and maintain IT resources aligned with business needs. This on-site role serves users at customer sites and aims to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services with minimal downtime.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least one year of work-related experience in IT support, infrastructure, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of networks, servers, endpoint security, backup systems, hardware, and office applications.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude when handling challenges.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage tasks responsibly.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including night shifts.
• Preferably residing near the assigned on-site or customer locations.

Responsabilidades

• Study and plan IT resources needed in line with company direction and operational requirements.
• Acquire, set up, deploy, and implement changes to IT resources.
• Perform proactive preventive maintenance to help prevent IT resource unavailability or failure.
• Perform corrective maintenance to resolve technical problems and minimise operational stoppage.
• Support LAN, internet, and telephone network environments.
• Maintain door access, camera, and recorder systems.
• Support antivirus and EDR solutions, Active Directory, and Windows Update Service.
• Manage backup systems and Windows-based file servers.
• Support DHCP and related network services.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot office application software such as MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot office PCs, workstations, inkjet printers, desktop scanners, laser printers, projectors, multifunction printers, and plotters.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

About the role

What we’re looking for
