Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent.
- At least three years in a related IT/Helpdesk role.
- Willing to work in 24/7 operations and onsite in Makati.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a contact for users via phone, chat, and email for IT issues.
- Administer PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.
- Log incidents and document resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Provide remote desktop support and on-site assistance as needed.
- Assist in deployment of new IT infrastructure and trainings.
