Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Open to new graduates; no prior work experience required.
• Prior internship or OJT in IT support is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Exposure to troubleshooting scenarios through academic labs or bootcamps.
• CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic IT support requests via call, email, or ticketing system
• Assist with login issues and user queries
• Log, update, and close support tickets accurately
• Escalate unresolved cases to senior support
• Assist in workstation setup (PCs, printers, phones)
• Help diagnose and report faulty hardware
• Install and configure common applications
