Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Kalibo, Visayas, seeks an IT Onsite Support professional to provide hands-on technical assistance to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations throughout the project.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure computers and peripherals, and coordinate with vendors for escalated concerns while working onsite for a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop or Onsite Support.
• Familiarity with Windows 7/10/11 and basic Linux troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and IT equipment.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, Ping, IPConfig).
• Manage user accounts, including password resets, unlocking, and user creation.
• Provide remote assistance using AnyDesk, Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, or similar tools.
• Log, monitor, and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, steps, resolutions.
• Coordinate with other IT teams and vendors for escalated concerns.

• Experience troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy is an advantage.
• Experience with remote support tools such as AnyDesk, Remote Desktop, or TeamViewer.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Kalibo Aklan, Visayas.
• Willing to accept a 6-month contract.
